I had a vision, during my quiet time. Everything was golden, spreading endlessly wherever I looked. It was a parallel realm of earth, or more likely the underlying essence of pieces of God that all is.
If I focus on someone with a problem, seeing them golden in this golden realm, that problem literally falls to the ground and disappears. I yawn and my ears ring louder, which means to me a large of amount of energy shifted - I feel this is a way of doing compassionate action.
